To participate in the Art Fair the sculptor Irina Lagoshina specially created the second plastic sculpture in a new version. The main objective of the project is to awake the interest of the visitors toward ancient Russian history and mythology as well as to remind of the importance to preserve local cultures. By combining the ancient and the modern, the global and the national, the project is trying to show that the valuable connection between the past and the present that is why here was used elements of the Russian cultural code and ancient writing. The use of modern technology in the installation made it possible to widen its horizons from the scale of the exhibition area to possibilities of virtual reality. A specially designed application will allow the visitors not only to immerse into various semantic levels of the art project. Also, specially for the exhibition enlarged copies of mobiles with messages encrypted on them were created. Each viewer could try to decipher the messages and choose the most important for themselves. Curating this project took a lot of time and effort, but this project turned out to be the most vivid and memorable at the World Art Dubai 2018.
